1984.

A MSX-1 computer that became quite popular in Europe because it already at the introduction - thanks to the MSX standard - already was many existing softwares and accessories. 16 KB of the 48 KB large ROM was reserved for some built-in programs. A Personal Data Bank including an address manager, schedule, memo and a transfer utility.

The last letter of the name HB-75P, is not telling you that it is a portable as you might believe. From a Japanese perspective, it is telling you what foreign model it is;
D = Germany
F = France
P = PAL, the Eurpnean TV standard
S = Spain
